15 Min Consultation
The 15 minute consultation can be done in person or over the phone. Start here if you have several questions for Dr. Erica, or would like to discuss your symptoms with her. She will evaluate if you are a good fit for moving forward with the Comprehensive Evaluation. Schedule online or text 619-549-4964 to set up a time for your consult.
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage therapy for pain relief and relaxation of the body and mind. Dr. Erica has extensive knowledge and experience with the musculo-skeletal system of the body, and where common imbalances occur. She is able to locate and release muscles with her gentle, soothing technique. 60 or 90 min sessions available. Must call or text to schedule.
Comprehensive Evaluation and Treatment
Comprehensive health history of your current symptoms and stressors, examination and palpation of your areas of pain, AcuGraph computerized meridian assessment, and health evaluation. We will create a customized treatment plan according to your condition, goals, and needs. Includes an acupuncture treatment focused on symptom relief. 90 minute visit.
Esoteric Acupuncture
Esoteric Acupuncture sessions follow the energy healing protocols of Dr. Mikio Sankey. In this session, needles are placed in specific sequences based on sacred geometry, connecting you to the energetic field of the body, as well as the quantum field of potential. This connection can assist with clearing energy blocks, balancing the chakras, strengthening the energetic field, and facilitating awakening.
Acupuncture Session
These healing sessions include a combination of acupuncture, with the addition of infrared and LED light, moxibustion, gua sha, cupping, or massage therapy – based on the goals and strategies outlined in your treatment plan - for maximum pain and symptom relief. Clients leave feeling centered and deeply relaxed after each session. 60 min visit.
90 minute combo sessions
Acupuncture and Massage combination, or Acupuncture and Energy Work combination. Occasionally Dr. Erica will recommend longer treatment sessions based on the goals outlined in the treatment plan. This allows for more time and/or modalities to be incorporated. Certain clients request the longer treatment session option to assist in deeper levels of relaxation as well, so that option is available to you.
